What You'll Do

Responsible for supply chain operation management, including planning, procurement, NPI, outsourcing, etc., to ensure supply chain product delivery, operating costs and efficiency.

Pay attention to the changes in market demand and procurement and supply, balance supply and demand in a timely manner, ensure supply and control reasonable inventory levels.

Responsible for the establishment and optimization of supply chain management systems and processes, introduce advanced supply chain management methods and systems, establish work specifications, standards and processes, and organize their implementation.

OEM/ODM outsourcing supplier management system establishment and optimization, supplier selection, evaluation, management, and elimination.

Supply chain team management, staff training and ability improvement, training, guidance, and assessment of staff work, improving staff skills and work efficiency.
Who You are

More than 8 years of supply chain work experience, and more than 5 years of supply chain team management experience;

Have a comprehensive understanding of supply chain knowledge, and be familiar with the management processes of planning, purchasing, warehousing, production, logistics and other links.

Have strong data analysis ability, overall planning ability, communication and coordination ability;
